The rucksack is comfortable and easily adjustable with chest straps so it doesn't put excessive weight on your shoulders. Did my first half marathon distance with it in the heat last weekend and it was comfortable the whole way and didn't give me any issues. Weight of it is barely noticeable at all and there are a few extra small pockets etc if you wanted to put a few other bits in it.

I've run about 40km in this vest now, and I'm very happy with it! I've used a belt for ages, but with the heat I really needed something with a water bladder. The water bladder is great, hasn't leaked at all, and holds enough to last me a half marathon in 30°C heat 😅 The pockets are good– the zip pocket is useful for keys, and there's a nice compartment for a spare t-shirt pr something at the back. My main concern was whether my S25 Ultra would fit in the front pocket– and it does comfortably! The vest is also light enough for very warm runs.
