When plugged in, the cool box operates at 57dB.
Should we pre-heat/cool the box before using?
If you’re planning to use the cool box unplugged, you should plug it in to pre-heat or pre-cool beforehand.
How hot and cold can the cooler box get?
The cool box chills to 18°C below the ambient temperature (the temperature of the air around it), and warms up to 55°C.
How long will the cool box stay hot/cold when unplugged?
Once unplugged, the cool box will stay cool or warm for up to two hours.
Can the cool box heat up food?
No, it can’t heat up cold food. It’s designed to maintain the temperature of contents as it is. To keep drinks cold, transfer directly from the fridge into the cool box. If you want to keep food warm, you should place it in the cool box still warm.
