I am very pleased whith it.the ride on it is brilliant.had the bike for 6 months now and the battery has failed.useless service to try and get a new battery.amazon says its not under a guarantee. Don't buy. The battery does not hold charge and the customer service is rubbish. They approved the return but did not act upon their return policy. I had to chase via amazon. It took several emails to get the message accross to the seller. I said I have not received the refund, but their answer was that the bike was delivered. It's like they don't even understand the content of my message! They said the bike was used. I never claimed it wasn't! It was used for a week. How otherwise do you determine a fault? It was returned within a week but the seller deducted 60% because of wear and tear. They said there were scratches – and yes, the the steering wheel kept getting lose and going down so I had to keep on fixing it. They also said they tested the bike and it's running well. I am not saying the bike is not running – I was saying that the battery does not hold charge. They just twist and turn as they like.

The bike is really nice, for a small bike it goes very fast (16mile/h on mode 3, 14mile/h on mode 2). The battery is okay, if you want a better battery go for a more expensive bike. But this has all the features of an expensive bike. It is easy to use, but not recommended for tall people as the seat can only go so high. But it’s amazing for me (I’m 5ft1). On assist mode it can be quite tiring to ride as it is quite heavy, I usually go for mode 2 or 3. My only issues with this bike is the saddle seat sometimes needs to be tightened every now and then, otherwise a rough road can cause it to tilt and lead to uncomfortable biking experience. It also charges as said (3-4h) is good for everyday journeys but can only go so far before it needs to be constantly charged.

I strongly advise against purchasing the BPB Electric Bike. After just two weeks of light use, the electric assist completely stopped working. Despite following all troubleshooting steps provided by the seller, the bike remains non-functional in its key modes—no power assist, no pedal assist—making it no better than a standard bike. The primary reason I bought this was for the electric features, and it has utterly failed.
To make matters worse, the seller’s return policy is unreasonable. They demand the bike be in "brand new" condition with all packaging intact—something impossible after using it for two weeks. I’m left with a useless bike and a sense of being scammed out of my hard-earned money.
Save yourself the headache and frustration—this product is not worth the time, money, or effort. Look elsewhere for a reliable electric bike because this one does not deliver on its promises.
